Italian Deli Ziti Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ronzoni ziti
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large red or green pepper, cut into strips
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/3 c. olive oil
    8 oz. ham
    8 oz. salami
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare pasta. Cook and stir peppers, onion and garlic in hot oil until tender, but not browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer and heat thoroughly. Pour sauce over pasta; toss to coat well. Makes 8 servings.
