Sour Cream Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red apples (crisp)
    green apples (crisp)
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    brown sugar to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    pineapple juice
Preparation
    Core and slice apples.
    Soak in pineapple juice to prevent browning when exposed to air.
    Combine sour cream, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    Serve with sliced apples.
