Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 egg
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained)
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix by hand; pour into greased and floured square cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
When cool, top with cream cheese icing.
