Rosemary Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
milk
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cube and boil potatoes until tender.
Drain water.
Mash potatoes and add onion and butter.
Add rosemary and gradually pour in milk until desired thickness.
Stir together well and place on low heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
