Beef Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
    1 (17 oz.) can corn
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Cook beef and vegetables until beef is browned; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring often.
    Leftovers may be frozen. Serves 6 to 8.
