Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon and mix with eggs, onion, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Make into 8 small patties.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Roll in flour and fry in oil until brown on both sides, turning only 1 time.
    Serves 6.
