Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix all other ingredients in blender.
    Combine with dry ingredients and stir just to mix.
    Line muffin pans with paper baking cups. Fill cups with batter.
    Bake for 17 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out dry.
    Makes 12 muffins.
