Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix (rounded)
    3 large eggs
Preparation
    Put bacon, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese and onion in buttered pie plate.
    Mix milk, biscuit mix and eggs in blender for 1 minute.
    Pour over bacon, onion and cheese.
    Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
