Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
    Then add flour.
    Roll on floured surface to 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into desired shapes and place on cookie sheet.
    Prick tops with fork and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 30 cookies.
