Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt (garlic)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a food processor, puree the beans with the spices, adding water to thin.
Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted pita bread.
