Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 green pepper (medium), chopped
1 tsp. grated onion, if desired
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all, form into 2 balls, roll in chopped pecans.
