Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy.
Add flour, a little at a time, blending well.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in a well-greased, floured tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Let cool in pan for 30 minutes, then remove.
