Quick Butterscotch Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, shortening, oleo and salt in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and cook over low heat 3 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Add powdered sugar and beat until thick enough to spread.
