Sweet Potato Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes (Taylor canned)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    marshmallows
    melted butter
    4 c. crushed corn flakes
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat sweet potatoes and add 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar, salt and grated orange rind.
    Let cool if using fresh potatoes.
    Divide into individual servings.
    Press potato mixture around 1/2 marshmallow.
    Shape into ovals.
    Coat each with melted butter. Roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Top with pecan half and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Nice to freeze ahead.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
