Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cubed
    1 1/4 c. whole milk or canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    5 c. potatoes, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper in large saucepan; stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Add potatoes and green onion; mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Stir before serving.
