Cheesy Macaroni Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim fat and remove bone from whole round steak.
    Dredge with flour; season with salt and pepper.
    Pound flour and seasoning into steak.
    Spread with a package of Lipton dry onion soup.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Wrap in foil, sealing tightly and put in a baking pan.
    Bake 5 to 6 hours at 250\u00b0.
    When done, slice like a jelly roll.
