Mexican Bean Salad(An Excellent Salad For Any Time Of The Year; Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 c. chopped celery
    pinch of thyme
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 can kidney beans, drained (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients and marinate for two hours or more before serving.
