Fresh Apple Cake(Girl Scouts) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts. Beat eggs and sugar until
fluffy.
Add
oil
and
vanilla.
Stir
in\tdry ingredients.
Batter
will be stiff. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake for
1
hour
and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. (No need for frosting.)
