Carrot Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese slices
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots.
    Drain.
    Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients, except cheese and bread crumbs.
