Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oil
milk (enough to make batter runny)

Preparation

Mix well and drop by funnel into hot oil.
Remove from oil when light brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
