Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights surimi seafood flakes
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Cut surimi seafood in half.
    Mix with celery, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, juice and mustard.
    Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
