Bran-Flake Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bran flakes, crushed
1/4 c. sunflower seeds (use shelled), chopped
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 chicken breasts or 6 small breasts
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
Preparation

In paper or plastic bag, combine bran flakes, sunflower seeds and seasoned salt.
Blend melted butter, lemon juice and salt. Brush chicken breasts with mixture, then shake, one at a time; coat lightly.
(Reserve remaining lemon-butter.)
Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased, large shallow baking pan.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Do not turn.
