Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 pkg. frozen green peas
4 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
bacon bits
Preparation
-
Shred lettuce into small pieces. Line bottom of dish. Sprinkle celery, onion and peppers over lettuce. Make layer of frozen peas on top. Mix mayonnaise and sugar and spread over all. Sprinkle on cheese and bacon bits.
