8 Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans bean dip
    2 cans avocado dip (optional)
    2 (16 oz.) sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar
    4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack
    1 bunch scallions (puree)
    1 c. black olives, chopped
    3 large tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Layer starting with bean dip, avocado, sour cream, cheeses, scallions and olives on a round platter, topping off with tomato. Place taco chips around platter.
