Braised Top Round Over Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 lb. top round in 1-inch cubes
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt
    pepper
    4 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Melt shortening in large skillet.
    Brown meat on all sides. Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup water and add to meat.
    Add soup, garlic, soy sauce, onion salt, salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat until boiling.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Serve over noodles.
