Creamy Broccoli Soup(6 Cups) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. broccoli florets
2 tsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. flour
3 c. chicken stock
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1 c. milk
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drop broccoli into boiling water.
Cook until tender 7 minutes.
Drain.
In saucepan, combine oil and onion; saute until soft.
Add garlic and cook 15 seconds longer.
Sprinkle on flour and stir.
