Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry jello
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cranberries
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ground orange peel
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix jello with hot water and then add cold.
Dissolve good. Then add crushed pineapple and juice.
Cool awhile in refrigerator while you grind or chop the cranberries and orange peel, then add all the rest of the ingredients to cool mixture.
Put in refrigerator until set.
You could add sliced apples.
