Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices white bread
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 (No. 3) can chopped spinach (drain)
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Trim crusts from bread.
Cut into cubes.
Butter 1 1/2-quart souffle dish.
Layer half the bread crumbs in bottom of baking dish.
Cover with half the diced cheese and half the spinach. Repeat, using remaining bread cheese and spinach.
Beat eggs with fork.
Add milk and salt.
Pour over layered ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes large souffle.
