Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; roll into balls.
    Some cooks like to brown meat balls before cooking them in the sauce.
    I prefer cooking them in the sauce without browning.
    Either way is very good.
