Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 ears sweet corn
2 large green peppers
2 sweet red peppers
1 small cabbage head
4 medium onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 qt. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Cut corn from cob. Seed peppers and chop with cabbage and onion. Mix vegetables together. Add remaining ingredients and cook until corn is tender, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 5 pints.
