3-Day Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped or shredded
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 small can pimiento
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onion, pepper and pimiento; set aside.
    Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour hot sauce over chopped vegetables; mix well.
    Pack into jars and cover.
    Let sit for 3 days without removing cover.
    Keep refrigerated.
