Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced American cheese, torn
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped (optional)
    3/4 lb. elbow macaroni, partially cooked
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter; add flour to make paste.
    Add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Stir in cheeses and peppers; simmer until cheeses are melted.
    Remove from heat. Place partially cooked macaroni in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour cheese mixture and tomatoes on top.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
