Rae'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar and beat in egg and molasses. Sift dry ingredients over creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Form into small balls.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Do not flatten.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 to 10 minutes (longer for crispier).
