Artichoke Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (reserve marinade)
    4 eggs
    12 soda crackers, crushed
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Oil an 8-inch square baking dish with marinade from artichokes.
    Combine eggs and crackers.
    Add the remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Cut into 1-inch squares and serve warm.
