Chicken Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can chunk chicken
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom-chicken soup
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2-inch chunk Velveeta cheese
    1 c. crushed Doritos
    4 to 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain the can of chicken.
    Saute the onion in butter, then add to chicken.
    Stir in the soup and chilies.
    Melt the Velveeta in a saucepan.
    Add 1 cup of the Doritos.
    Stir in the chicken mixture.
    Place in a 9-inch pie pan.
    Cover with the Cheddar cheese and put under broiler to melt.
