Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head broccoli
1 small red onion
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash broccoli.
Cut into bite size pieces, discarding stems. Fry bacon crisp and set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar in bowl until creamy.
Put broccoli and cheese in serving dish.
Toss with dressing and top with bacon.
Good if made a day ahead.
