Ingredients

1 1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until edges are brown.
Remove from sheets at once.
