Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 zucchini, sliced
    2 beefsteak tomatoes, quartered twice
    1 small purple onion, chopped
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese (2-inch chunks)
    3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (2-inch chunks)
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Place 5 pats butter over bottom of deep dish casserole.
    Place sliced zucchini on bottom of dish, then layer tomato chunks, onions and cheese.
    Repeat layers (including butter) to top of dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and pour Chinese noodles over top.
    Put back in oven, uncovered, and cook an additional 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Remove and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
