Mushroom Rice(Serves 4 To 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (or larger)
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 c. rice
    3 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Saute onion in small bowl in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at High.
    Heat water about 4 minutes in microwave.
    Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
    Add rice and onion and mushrooms to water. Microwave at 30% for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Times may vary with different microwaves.
