Vegetable Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. soft tofu, drained and rinsed
    2 eggs
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. grated squash (yellow or green)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; form into patties (flat).
    Cook in frypan with small amount of oil.
    Serve warm.
