Parmesan Bread With Red Peppers And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet red pepper, coarsely chopped
    1/2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (1/4 oz. each) pkg. regular or fast rising yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    1 egg
    3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in olive oil until crisp and tender.
    Cool. In a large bowl, stir yeast and sugar in warm water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in egg.
    Mix in 3 cups flour, 1/4 cup cheese, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
    Mix in cooled vegetables and enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
