Georgia Peanut Butter Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple including juice
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 large jar crunchy peanut butter
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and beat until fluffy.
    Put 3/4 of potato mixture in a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Cover with peanut butter, then top with remaining potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is firm.
