Good Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. low-fat ground beef or chuck
    1 egg, beaten
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped and seeded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk.
    Add to beef.
    Add other ingredients (except catsup).
    Mix well.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Spread catsup over top of loaf.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    For larger loaf, double recipe.
