Ingredients

1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix and put in a deep baking dish.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Stir once or twice during baking.
I like to add a little cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins.
