Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. (6 oz. can) evaporated milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, milk, butter, sugar, egg and salt.
    Mix well. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle additional brown sugar to taste over top.
    Place 4 or 5 pats butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Broil until lightly brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
