Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash of garlic powder
4 lb. beef short ribs, cut into pieces
Preparation

Brown ribs and cook in Dutch oven for 2 hours or until tender. Drain and place in a shallow baking dish.
Combine catsup, molasses, lemon juice and dry ingredients.
Pour over ribs.
Place under broiler at medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
