Steamed Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice
    2 c. water (for each c. rice)
    1 tsp. salt (per c. rice)
    1 tsp. oil (per c. rice)
Preparation
    Wash rice in water by rubbing together with hands.
    Pour off wash water.
    Combine with remaining ingredients in a heavy pot. Bring to a boil.
    Stir.
    Lower heat, then cover with a lid and simmer for about 25 minutes.
