Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin (jello)
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cream (whipping)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Chill until consistency of thick syrup.
    Fold in cream (into which can go some grated cheese). Pour into mold and chill. When set, serve on lettuce leaf with or without dressing.
