Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together good.
    Beat egg and vinegar and add water to make 1 cup.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Makes about 5 pie shells. Can be kept in refrigerator before rolling into shells.
