Shrimp And Chicken Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts
    1/4 c. butter
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 3/4 c. canned tomatoes
    2/3 c. tomato juice
    2/3 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/4 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Cook chicken and debone.
    Saute butter, green pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper; add tomatoes and juice.
    Cook until done. Add chicken parts and shrimp.
    Cook rice.
    Serve over rice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
